在京畿以南，一座建城史近三千年的古都正经历着一次温和而深刻的更新。邢台理想城会所项目，是忆创空间对地域文化进行当代转译的又一次实践。

To the south of the capital, an ancient city with a 3,000-year history is undergoing a gentle yet profound renewal. The Xingtai Ideal City Clubhouse project represents another endeavor by YI Design (Yichuang Space) to translate regional culture into a contemporary architectural language.

面对项目作为“休闲宜居生态住区”核心配套及品牌展示窗口的双重定位，忆创空间提出 “古今和鸣的文化容器” 核心理念，旨在超越传统售楼处的商业范式，构建一个融合品牌展示、文化体验与未来社区精神的复合空间。

Faced with the dual mandate of serving as the core amenity for a "leisure-oriented, livable, ecological residential zone" and a brand showcase, YI Design proposed the core concept of a "cultural vessel where past and present resonate in harmony." This philosophy aims to transcend the commercial paradigm of traditional sales centers, creating a composite space that integrates brand presentation, cultural immersion, and the spirit of a future community.

设计以邢台“德贤”文化为精神内核，并将其解构为可操作的空间语言：“德”对应人文关怀与礼仪秩序，通过动线布局与功能设置体现；“贤”对应智慧传承与雅致生活，借助材质、光影与艺术陈设传达。

The design takes Xingtai's "De Xian" culture—a philosophy valuing virtue and refinement—as its spiritual core, deconstructing it into operative spatial syntax. "De" (Virtue) translates into humanistic care and ritual order, expressed through circulation planning and functional zoning. "Xian" (Refinement) corresponds to the transmission of wisdom and an elegant lifestyle, conveyed through materiality, light, shadow, and artistic installations.

策略上，彻底实现从“销售空间”到“生活场景” 的价值转向。设计以邢台市花“月季”的形态为母题，进行抽象化提取，并以此为线索构建了一套完整的 “五幕式”叙事性访主动线，将文化体验置于商业逻辑之前，引导访客完成从认知到共鸣的心理递进。

Strategically, the project achieves a complete value shift—from a "sales space" to a "life setting." Using the form of the Chinese rose (Rosa chinensis), Xingtai's city flower, as a design motif, its essence was abstracted and extracted. This inspired a complete "Five-Act" narrative journey, prioritizing cultural experience over commercial logic to guide visitors from cognitive understanding to emotional resonance.

动线依次呈现“胜春入境（前厅）-盈月入怀（沙盘区）-月华流韵（儿童区）-闻香入室（茶室）-千花锦秀（休闲与样板间）”五大场景。这一结构不仅高效组织访客流程，更通过空间序列的起承转合，将月季从初绽到盛放的意象，隐喻为对项目价值与生活理想层层深入的揭示。

The journey unfolds through five sequential scenes: "Spring's Triumph: The Entry" (Lobby), "Embracing the Full Moon" (Model Area), "Lunar Halo Ripples" (Children's Zone), "Inhaling Fragrance Indoors" (Tea Room), and "A Thousand Blooms in Splendor" (Leisure & Show Flat Area). This structure not only efficiently organizes visitor flow but also uses the spatial sequence's rhythm to metaphorically reveal the project's value and living ideals, mirroring the rose's progression from first bloom to full flourish.

对月季的自然形态进行建筑化转译。宏观上，旋转楼梯的曲面金属结构模拟花瓣卷曲肌理，沙盘区花瓣状的艺术吊顶形成视觉统领。中微观层面，将花形元素转化为前厅墙面浮雕、洽谈区定制灯具及地面拼花图案，形成从结构到装饰的统一语言体系。

The natural morphology of the rose is translated into architectural language. At the macro scale, the curved metal structure of the spiral staircase simulates the curling texture of petals, while a petal-shaped art installation above the model area acts as a visual anchor. At meso and micro scales, the floral motif transforms into lobby wall reliefs, custom light fixtures in the negotiation area, and inlaid floor patterns, creating a unified design vocabulary from structure to ornamentation.

材质以米白色仿木纹石材为基调，搭配范思哲黑石材地面与古铜、黑色不锈钢的收边细节，在温润与冷峻的对比中塑造质感层次。灯光设计严格服务于叙事：沙盘区采用重点照明强化模型；公共区域运用漫反射光与线性光勾勒结构轮廓，营造静谧氛围；艺术装置辅以精准点光，成为空间节奏的视觉锚点。

A material palette of ivory-white wood-grain stone forms the, contrasted with Versace black stone flooring and trim details in bronze and black stainless steel. This interplay between warmth and coolness, softness and hardness, crafts a rich hierarchy of texture. Lighting design strictly serves the narrative: accent lighting highlights the central model; diffused and linear lighting delineates architectural contours to foster a tranquil ambiance in public areas; precisely focused spotlights on art pieces act as visual punctuation, guiding the spatial rhythm.

“松弛感”并非风格，而是通过设计手段达成的结果。全域弧形语言（墙体、天花、家具）消解直角带来的心理压迫；开放流动的平面布局促进各功能区的视觉渗透与行为互动；低饱和度色彩体系与亲自然材质的运用，共同构成一个令人放松、专注的场域，实现“回家即度假”的心理暗示。

"A sense of relaxation" is not a style but an outcome achieved through deliberate design means. An all-encompassing language of curves (walls, ceilings, furniture) dissolves the psychological pressure of right angles. An open, fluid layout encourages visual permeability and interactive movement between functional zones. A low-saturation color scheme combined with natural, tactile materials collectively shapes a field that is both relaxing and focusing, realizing the psychological suggestion of "a holiday begins at home."

这，正是忆创空间一贯秉持的理念兑现——打造永恒、不过时、过目不忘的空间。邢台理想城会所通过一套严谨的、从理念到细节的转译方法，成功将地域文化基因转化为独特的空间体验。

This is the consistent realization of YI Design's philosophy—to create timeless, enduring, and unforgettable spaces. The Xingtai Ideal City Clubhouse, through a rigorous methodology of translation from concept to detail, successfully transforms local cultural DNA into a unique spatial experience.

设计在满足商业展示、洽谈签约等核心功能效率的同时，构建了一个具有文化厚度与情感温度的场所，重新定义了高端社区配套空间的价值标准。其最终成果，精准回应了忆创空间打造 “记忆深刻、永不过时” 空间的一贯追求，在地缘文化与现代生活之间，建立了一次成功的对话。

While efficiently meeting core commercial functions like presentation and negotiation, the design has constructed a place of cultural depth and emotional warmth, redefining the value standard for high-end community amenities. The final outcome precisely echoes YI Design's persistent pursuit of crafting "memorable and everlasting" spaces, establishing a successful dialogue between regional culture and contemporary life.
